How to read the Bhagavad Gita every day
- Start small. One verse a day is enough. Read it slowly, then read the explanation.
- Pick a fixed time. Morning, before work or before sleep: the same time each day makes it a habit.
- Read the Sanskrit too. Even if you don't know Sanskrit, saying the sloka aloud helps you remember it.
- Search for what you need. Feeling stressed, unsure or unmotivated? Search for words like peace, duty or action.
- Reflect for a minute. Ask yourself how the verse applies to your life today, or write down one thought.
