These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Word Search Party-Unlimited (the “App”), provided by Playful Souls (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not:
The App may allow you to choose a username and participate in global leaderboards. Usernames must be appropriate and unique. We may remove or change usernames or leaderboard entries that violate these Terms or community standards.
You may control whether your total XP is shared on the global leaderboard through in-app settings. When sharing is disabled, your score will not be displayed publicly.
The App includes virtual items such as coins and hints, which can be earned through gameplay or purchased through in-app purchases (“IAP”). IAP is processed by Apple via your Apple ID account.
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob). Ad content is provided by third-party networks and is not endorsed by us. Purchasing “Remove Ads” disables ads as described at the time of purchase.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Please review it carefully.
The App may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:
Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features, virtual items, pricing, or IAP offerings. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYFUL SOULS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Playful Souls operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
