These Terms of Use apply to the Calm Timer - Nature Sounds app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Playful Souls LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Calm Timer provides meditation timers, breathing guidance, nature sounds, and related features. The Application is for personal, non-commercial use. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional care.

The Application may be used for free with advertisements. You may optionally purchase a one-time "Remove Ads" product to use the Application without ads.

• Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. The Service Provider does not collect your payment card details.
• Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• After purchase, the entitlement restores on devices signed in with the same Apple ID using Restore purchase in Settings.
• Pricing is shown in the Application in your local currency before you confirm the purchase.
• Refunds, billing issues, and purchase history are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. You can manage or request help at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the Application except as allowed by law.

You agree not to misuse the Application, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by any means other than the interface provided. The Service Provider may suspend access if these terms are violated.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Meditation and breathing exercises may not be suitable for everyone. Use your own judgment and consult a professional if you have a medical condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Application. Apple is not a party to these Terms of Use and is not responsible for the Application or these purchases, except as required by Apple's App Store terms.

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
